This video is part of the Union Pacific Operation Lifesaver Series. Operation Lifesaver tries to teach the public about RR Safety by running aa setup train back and forth through crossings and having officers on the train and on the ground waiting to bust anyone who doesn't do exact RR Safety Laws. The reason I went to go see this train come down Donner and run through Downtown Sacramento is because it had UP 1996 and UP 1983(later) along with 3 UPP cars. It was a nice train to see! This shot is from Newcastle, CA as the train exits Tunnel 18. I like this shot when heritage units are leading. Hope you enjoy! I took many photos of this train.
